Shipping & Payment
Haute Lab ships from multiple locations. For this reason, orders with multiple items may be “split,” i.e., shipped from more than one location. In this instance, your shipment confirmation e-mail will contain two tracking numbers.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Haute Lab gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, AliPay, Union Pay and Paypal.
Processing Time and Delivery
On average, processing takes between 2 to 5 business days. You can expect to receive your merchandise within 3 to 14 business days. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday.
Haute Lab is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. similarly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier itself, such as clearance delays. in cases such as these, we recommend you contact directly the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package, or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking or postal delivery confirmation information. You can also locate your tracking number on the My Orders page of your Account. It is important to note, that tracking information can sometimes be delayed.
